March Monthly Meeting: Astronomical Nightscapes – putting theory into practice

Astronomical Nightscapes – putting theory into practice. Joe Cali will outline some of the principles and practices he uses to plan some of the nightscape images shown in the AAQ’s astrophotography competition over the past 5 years or on Joe’s website. He will talk about some of the planning, preparation and equipment he uses, how he scouts locations and then give a detailed breakdown about the making of some of the images entered over the past few years annual astrophotography competitions.
