Equipment Loans

- First contact the AAQ with a preliminary request. We can then tell you if or when the equipment is available, and provide other information such as how and where to collect the item.
- Complete an Equipment Loan Agreement for the item(s) you want to hire, and present it to a Councillor at an Ordinary General Meeting or forward it to the AAQ Secretary via one of the methods on the Contacts page. Please make sure you understand your responsibilities as explained in the Equipment Loan Agreement. Note that you will need to include the hire charge up front.
- Once the loan is approved, you will be contacted to make arrangements for collecting the item(s).
- You are encouraged to write an article for the AAQ's newsletter or the Member's Gallery on your observations or outcomes from the use of the equipment.
